When am I billed?
If you signed up for the monthly subscription you will be charged once every month until you choose to cancel. All other orders are a standard one time payment.
I was charged this month but did not receive my Knoshbox.
We collect payments the month before boxes are shipped, and payments renew after exactly one month from the date you subscribed. So make sure to sign up on or before the 1st of the month to receive your Knoshbox the next month. You will receive a shipment for every month you were charged.
I missed the May 1 deadline, will I receive May's Knoshbox?
Since your subscription began after the May 1 deadline, your first box will ship in June. You will receive a shipment for every month you were charged.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still subscribe?
Yes! You can subscribe securely with just a credit card or debit card, and no PayPal account is required.
Do you collect sales tax?
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax associated with a taxable order or subscription shipped to a Connecticut address.
When will I receive my Knoshbox?
Subscriptions are shipped out around the 15th of each month by standard mail. In order to receive a box for the month, be sure to subscribe on or before the 1st of the month.
Can I track my order?
You will automatically receive an email from us with your tracking information when your box ships.
What's in the Knoshbox?
Each month you'll receive anywhere from 4-6 specialty food items to feast on and make your friends jealous.
I'm sending this as a gift!
Great! Your knoshbox will never include an invoice with the price on it. To include a personal note, simply leave one in the message window at checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or PO Boxes?
Yes, however, additional shipping and handling charges will apply for these addresses. Please contact us first before subscribing if you have one of these addresses.
I live outside the U.S. can I still subscribe?
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to accommodate international orders.
What is your return policy?
All food items are final sale, and cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, our customer service team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
